At Mediqia, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every medical product we supply. Due to the nature of our business and the strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements of medical devices, returns are subject to strict eligibility criteria.
This policy outlines the conditions under which a product may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.
- The item received is not the one ordered.
- The product has a valid reason for return within your local legal rights.
We do not accept returns for sterile, single-use products that have been opened, used, or handled beyond inspection — unless a proven manufacturing defect is present.
- Requests for return must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- After this period, all sales are considered final.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions including authorized shipping address.
Returned products must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless defective)
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Returned with original invoice or proof of purchase
Mediqia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Defective or incorrect items: Mediqia covers the return shipping.
- Customer-initiated returns (if accepted): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon receiving your return, our quality team will inspect the item.
- If the return is validated, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened single-use/sterile products
- Custom or special-order items
- Products with damaged or missing packaging not due to shipping
- Items returned without prior authorization
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please:
- Refuse delivery if possible.
